In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ^{(2) of Section 36}

of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, ^{1985 (No.} 61 ^{of 1985), the State Government with the}

concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of ^{Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following order,further to}

amend this department's previous notification, relating to appointment ^{of Special Judge for trial of offlences under the}

said act as mentioned in the Schedule below, namely :-

In the Schedule of the said Notification, officers mentioned in ^{column No. (2) are posted as Special Judge}

under Section 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic ^{Substances Act, 1985, at the corresponding places}
