exercise of the ^powers conferred by sub-section ⁽⁵⁾ of ^{Section 68}

read with sub-section (2) of Section 96 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 ^(No. 59 of ^{1988), the State}

Govemment, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motor ^{Vehicles Rules, 1994,}

the same having been previously published, as required by sub-section (l) of Section ²¹² of ^{the said Act,}

namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

trn rule 66,-

(,

after clause (a), the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"(a-a) To grant, renew or reject the permits for "Rajdhani Bus Sewa" under ^{Section 72 or}

Section 8l of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988;"

(ii)

after clause (g), the following shall be added, namely:-

"(h)

To grant or refuse renewal of sanctioned permits of inter State Route under Section ^{81 of the}

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988."
