ZilaPanchayat Rajnandgaon dated l3th April, 2018 As per

directions issued by Directorate of Panchayat, Chhattisgarh Raipur, vide letter number/pancha./2018/224

dated 13-04-2018 and Panchayat and Rural Development Department, Govt. of CG, Raipur vide letter nvnrberlS23l

pancha/elect.12014 dated22-05-2014 and as per provisions ofPanchayat Raj Act 1993, Section 125, Gram Panchayat

Paneka of Janpad Panchayat, Rajnandgaon District Rajnandgaon shall be divided. Collector of Revenue District

Rajnandgaon Subject to the provisions under Section 3 of above mentionedAct, a table is mentioned below (where is

called after that "table") where in column No. (4) shows the village or group of villages whose population is mentioned

in column No. (5). Names mentioned in column No. (3) are proposed to be specified as village to fulfill the purpose of

above mentioned Act and shall be published for the information of citizens.

As per provision of the above Act Section 8(A), new Gram Panchayat shall be formed. The new Gram Panchayats

so formed herein, shall derive all its power vide Section I I of Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Act.

Any person howsoever affected by this notification may give his/trer representation by way of objection,

support or suggestion regarding this notification, within 5 days starting from the first day of publication of this

notification, in the office of the undersigred, in writing Claims/Objection received after the due date and time will not be

considered. Upon receiving the Claims/Objections the undersigned shall fnally decide the matter after due process of

hearing.
