ln exercise of the powers conferred by Section ^{64 of the Water (Prevention and}

Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (No 6 of 1974), ^{and after consultation with the Chhattisgarh Environment}

Conservation Board, the State Government, hereby, ^{makes the following further amendment in the Water}

(Prevention and Control of Pollution) (Consent) Chhattisgarh Rules, 1975, namely ^:-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

l.

In rule 4.

(i)

in column (3) of serial number l0 of ^Schedule of ^{sub-rule (v), for the figure "1,50,000", the}

figure "1,00,000" shall be substituted.

(ii)

in column (3) of serial number 11 of ^Schedule of ^{sub-rule (v), for the figure "75,000", the}

figure "50,000" shall be substituted.

2.

In rule 5, -

(i)

in column (3) of serial number l0 of ^Schedule of ^{sub-rule (5), for the figure "62,500", the}

figure "50,000" shall be substituted.

(ii)

in column (3) of serial number 1l of ^{Schedule of sub-rule (5), for the figure "50,000", the}

figure "25,000" shall be substituted.
