In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 84 of the Real Estate (Regulation

and Development) Act, 2016 (16 of 2016), the State Govemment, hereby, makes the following further

amendment in the Chhattisgarh Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Rules, 2017,namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

In rule 20, in sub-rule (2), after the proviso, the following shall be inserted, namely :-

"Provided further that, if the full time Chairperson or Member is a retired from the services of the State

Government or Central Government and his pay scale at the time of retirement is being higher than the pay scale

mentioned in sub-rule (l) and (2) of rule 20, then the amount of pension, including such part of the pension

which has been commuted and pension equivalent to other types of retirement benefits excluding the pension

equivalent to gratulty, shall be reduced from the salary in the pay scale received at the time of retirement of such

Chairperson or Member."
