In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Clrhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 (No. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the

notification ofthis Department No. F-.4- 195/Hom e-cl2}l l , dated 05 June, 2017 and declares Peoples Liberation Front of

India (P.L.F.L) and Tritiya Prastuti Committee (T.P.C.) Organisation as Untawful Organisations for aFurtherperiod of one

year.

This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 05 June, 20 I 8.
