The following draft of notification to levy an additional charge

from applicant mentioned in column (2) of Table below for sending Smart Card tlpe Driving Licence issue in

Form-7 by the Transport Department to the applicant through speed post by the postal department and related

expenses which the State Govemment proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by rule 32 of ^the

Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, is hereby, published as required by sub-section (l) of Section 212 of ^the

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (No.59 of 1988), for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby ^and

notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry often days ^{from the}

date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette;

Any objection or suggestions regarding the said draft received from any person, before ^the

specified period, during office hours by the office of the Transport Commissioner, Govemment of

Chhattisgarh, Department of Transport, Thfud Floor, C-Block, Indrawati Bhawan, Naya Raipur shall ^be

considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh, namely :-
