India, the Governor of Chhauisgarh, hereby, makes the following furttrer ^{amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Secretariat}

Service Recruitment Rules,2012, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

After sub-rule (5) ofrule 13, the following shall be added, ^namely:-

*(6) Notwithstanding anyttring contained in these rules, in respect of promotion to the post of Steno

Typist to Stenographer, Assistant Grade-II to Assistant Grade-I and ^{Assistant Grade-III to Assistant}

Grade-II, the minimum experience ^{period as mentioned in column (5) of serial number 10, I land 12 of}

Schedule-IV, may be relaxable by the appointing authority upto ^{maximum one year for calendar year}

2018 only."
