Section 1 1 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ⁽⁷ of 2017), the State ^{Government, on}

being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of ^{the Council,}

hereby ^'makes the following further amendment in the notification of the State Government, in ^the

Commercial Tax Department, No. 812017-State Tax ^(Rate), F-10-43l20l71CTN ^(16), dated ^{the 28th June,}

amendbd in the Commercial Tax Department, Notification No. 10/2018-State Tax ^(Rate),

F-10-15/20l8lCTN (27), dated the 23rd March, 2018 published in the Gazette ^{(Extraordinary) of}

Chhattisgarh, No. 130, dated the 2nd April, 2018, namely :-

In the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "3Oth day of June, 20 ¹ 8", the figures, ^letters

and words "30th day of September,2018" shall be substituted.
