In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ⁽²⁾ of Section ^{36 of the}

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, I 985 ^(No. 6 ¹ of 1985), the State Government ^{with the concurrence of}

the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following order, further to ^{amend this}

depaftment's previous notification, reiating to the appointment of Special Judge for trial of offences under ^{the said Act}

as mentioned in the Schedule below. namely :-
