The Goverrr-nent of Chhattisgarh, accepting the recommendation of the

Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh for termination of services of Shri Sanket Kumar Khandey, Member of Higher

Judicial Service, presently posted as Chairman, Perrnanent Lok Adalat, Durg, made in accordance with sub-rule (4) of

Rule 9 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, hereby,

terminates the services of above mentioned Shri Sanket Kumar Khandey, with immediate effect.
