THE CHHATTISGARH AYI.]RVIGYAN PARISHAD (AMEI[DMENT) ADHINTYAM, 2016

AnAct to amend the ChhattisgarhAyurvigyan Parishad Adhiniyam, 1987 (No. 1l of

1990 ).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in rhe Sixty-seventh Year ofthe Republic of

India, as follows :-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Ayurvigyan Parishad (.Amendment)

Adhiniyam,20l6.

It shall come into force from the date o lits publication in the Official Gazette.

AfterSection26oftheChhattisgarh AyurvigyanParishad Adhinil'am, 19E7 (No. ll of

1990 ), the following shall be inserted, namely :-

*26y'. Powerto amendthe Schedule.- (l) Ifthe Sta:e Government is satisfiedthat it is

necessary in public interest then it malz, by notification, amend the Schedule

and thereupon the Schedule shallbedeemed to have been amended from

the date of publication of said notifi,;ation in the Offrcial Gazette.

Every notification issued under sub-section (1), shall be laid, as soon

as may be after it is issued, before the State Legislative Assembly."
