Whereas, the State Government is satisfied rhat it is necessary and expedient in

the public interest to prohibit refusal to work in rhe essential services as specified below;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers confered by sub-section (l) of Section 4 of the Chhattisgarh

Afyavashyak Seva Sandharan Tatha Vichchinnata Nivaran Adhiniyam, 1979 ( No. 10 of 1979), the State Governmenr,

hereby- prohibits refusal to work in the following essential se.oices from the Out. of irrrrn.. of ,t i, order. namely :-

"Service of all the Rural Health Sanyojaks on all duties relating to the Health work affiliated to Chhattisgarh

Health and Family Welfare Department.,,
