In exercise of porvers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of lndia, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendrnent in the

Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare Department Non-ministerial Para-Medical and Nursing (Directorate

Health Services) Class-lll Service Recruitment Rules,20l3, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

)

In rule I I , in sub.rule Q), after clause (iii), the following shall be added, namely :-

"(iv) in the examination coducated for direct recruitment, it shall be mandatory ^{to obtain 33 percent}

qualifoing marks by the candidates of unreserved category and 23 percent minimum

qualifring marks by the candidates of reserved category."
