NOTTFICAIION

No. F I - l3 112008132. - In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section ( I ) of Section 64 & sub-section ( I ) of

Section 65 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram NiveshAdhiniyam,lgT3 ( No. 23 of 1973) the State Government hereby

rnakes the following amendments in thethis DepartmentNotification No.1385l1274l32l2o\2,Dated 7th July,2006 :-

l.

Thatthe special area constituted by the said notification shall be known as "Atal Nagar"inplace of

"Naya Raipur".

That the "Naya Raipur Development Authority" constituted for such special area shall be known as

"Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran" Atal Nagar, Dist. Raipur under sub section ( I ) of Section 65 of the Act.
