of lndia, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes ^{the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Public}

Service Commission lLimitation of Functions) Regulation. ^{1957. namely :-}

AMENDMENT

ln the said regulation,-

In the.appendix, after serial number 33 and entries relating thereto, the ^{following shall be added, namely :-}

One post of Chief Municipal Officer Class ^'B' under the Urban ^{Administration and}

Development Department."

This amendment shall come into force with retrospective effect from the date of ^{2nd March} ,2009.

This appendix shall be read and construeci as if the aforesaid amendment was not made ^therein.
