THE CHHATTISGARH RAJYAVITTA AYOG (AMENDMENT) ADHINTYAM, 2OI8

An Act to further arhend the Chhattisgarh Rajya Vitta Ayog Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 3

of 1994 ).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of

India. as follows :-

This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Rajya Vitta Ayog (Amendment) short title and

Adhiniyam,20l8.

It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazet7e..

ForSectionTof theChhattisgarh RajyaVitta Ayog Adhiniyam,1994 (No.3 of 1994 ),

Amendment of

the following shall be substituted, namely :-

Stction 7.

Chairman and every Member of the Commission shall hold office for the period

as specified by the Governor in their appointnlent order. Tenure of offrce of the

Chairman or any member may be extended by the Govemor, as and when

necessary and the Chairman/Member shall not be ineligible or unqualified for

re-appointment:

provided that the Chairman/Member may, by letter addressed to the

Governor in writing. resign his office."
