[n pursuance ofthe provision contained in the proviso to sub-section (2) of
Section 13 ofthe ChhattisgarhlandRevenue Code, 1959 (f{o.20 of 1959), notice ishereby given thatinexercise ofthe
powers conferredby sub-section (2) of Section 13 ofthe said Code, the State Governmentproposes to alterthe limits of
Tshsil specified in column (3), to create a new Tehsil specified in column (4) and to define the limits thereofas specified
in Schedule below.
The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days from the date of publication ofthis
notice in the Official Gazette and any objections or suggestions in respect thereof may be furwarded, in writing to the
Secretary Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govemment of Chhattisgarh, Mahanadi Bhawan,
