NOTIFICATION

No. F 4-14/2017/18.  In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 433 read with sub-section (1) of

Section 58 of the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation Act, 1956 (No. 23 of 1956), the State Government,

hereby, makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporation (Appointment and Terms

and Conditions of Service of Officers and Employees) Rules, 2018, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

1. In rule 5, after sub-rule (3), the following shall be added, namely:-

"(4)

Appointment in Chhattisgarh Municipal Corporations shall be made as per the provisions of

Chhattisgarh State Government Service Distinguished Players Recruitment Rules, 2010 and

instructions issued from time to time."

2. For rule 14, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"14.

Age of Superannuation.- (1) The superannuation age of the employees of the Corporation

shall be the same as that of the Government employees.

(2)

For Health Officers/Ayurvedic Medical Officer (M.B.B.S., B.A.M.S. and attached

with medical profession), the age of superannuation shall be 65 years."
