NOTIFICATION

No. F 1-38/2014/32.  In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following amendment in the

Chhattisgarh Rent Control Tribunal and District Rent Control Establishment (Recruitment and Conditions of

Service) Rules, 2015, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said rules,-

Below Schedule-III, for Note, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"Note:- (1)

The upper age limit shall be relaxable for candidates who are local residents of the State of

Chhattisgarh, as per the instructions issued by the General Administration Department of the

Government, from time to time.

(2)

In addition to the computer related prescribed qualification for the post of Stenographer and

Assistant Grade-III, the Certificate / Diploma /Degree issued by the recognized institutions,

as per circular No. F9-4/2017/1-3, dated 22-01-2018, issued by the General Administration

Department shall also be recognized."
