WHEREAS, the Govemor of the State of Chhattisgarh has, by notification issued
under sub-section (2) of Section I 5 of the Representation of the People Act, I 95 1 (43 of 195 1), published in the Offrcial
Gazette of the State on the l6th October, 2018, been pleased to call upon each of the Assembly Constituencies in the
State of Chhattisgarh, as specified in column ( I ) ofthe Table below, to elect members ofthe Legislative Assembly ofthe
State, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder ;
NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of Sections 30 and 56 of the saidAct, the Election Commission of India
hereby-
(A) appoints, with respect to the said election from each of the Assembly Constituencies specified in the said
