In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 1 of

the Chhattisgartr Goods and Services Tax Act, 201'7 (7 o{'2017) read with Section 51 of the Chhattisgarh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the State

Government, on the recommendations of the Council" hereby makes the following further amendment in the

notification of the notification No. 50/2018-State Tax, No. F-1049/20l8lCTN(87), dated the l3th September,

2018 of the Government of Chhattisgarh, Commercial Tax Department, namely:-

In the paragraph of the notification, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:-

*Frovided that with respect to persons specified under clause (a) of sub-section ( I ) of Section 5 1 ofthe

Act nothing in this notification shall apply to the authorities under the Ministry of Defence, other than the

au&orities specified in the Annexure-A and their ofiices, with effect from the l't day of October, 2018."
