nitnts ofthe notification No. 50/201S-State Tax, No. F-l(

9/20l8lg'lN (87), dated the l3th September,20lS ofthe

Govemment of Chhattisgarh. Commercial Tax Department.

In the said notification, after the proviso. the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :

"Provide fi.rther that nothing in this notification shall apply to the supply ofgoods or services or both from a

public sector undertaking to another public sector undertaking, whether or not a distinct person, with effect from the 1st

day ofOctober, 2018.".
