the Chhattisgarh Food and Nutritional Security Act, 2012 ^(No. 5 of 2013), the State Government, hereby, ^makes

the following amendment in the said Act, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule of the said Act,-

In Schedule-I, for Note ⁽ 1 ), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(1)

*Black gram entitlement shall extend to all antyodaya households and priority households

residing in Scheduled and MADA areas of the State."
