sub-section (7) of Section 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (No. V of 1908), the State Government is pleased to

appoint Shri Kanak Tiwari, Advocate General, Bilaspur to perform in the High Court of Chhattisgarh all or any of the

functions expressly imposed by the said Code on the "Government Pleader" except the functions specified in rule 6,

Order XXXIII and rule 4 order XXVII First Schedule thereof, with effect ffom the date he assumes charge of his office.
