ANI) WHEREAS the Indian Medical Coun*il {Amendment)

Bili,2018, to replace the l-ndian Medical Council {Amendment)

Ordinance, 2018, has been passed by the House of the Peaple

and is pending in the Council of States;

pleased to promulgate the following ^Ordinanee:-

1, U) This Ordinance ^{may be calied thc indian Medical}

Caurcil {Amendm*ntJ Ordinance' ^{201 9.}

{?} tA} ^{The provisions cf this Ordinance shal1, sxccpt suh-}

clause {ii af clause ic} of section 2, be deemed to have come

int+ farce cn the 26tl' day of September, ^2018; and

{B} ^{sub-ciause (i) of clause} {c) ^{of section 2 shall come into}

farce at once.

2. In secticn 3A of the lndian Medical Couneil Act, 1956,-

{a} + ^{sub*section (1i, for the words, brackets and figures}

'"Indiar:iMedical Council {Am*ndmen$ Act, 2010", the words,

braskets *nd figures "Indian Medical Council {Arnendnrent}

Ordinanee, 2019' shall be substituted;

{b) ^{in sub*section (2i, for the wards "three years", the word*}
