NOTIFICATION

No. F-10- 07l2|lglcTlY (26). - In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of

section l5-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act,2005 (No.2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby,

makes the following further amendment in this departments notification No. F-10-63/2018/CT/V ^(103), dated

10-12-2018, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification,-

l.

For the figures and punctuation "31-03-2019", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "30-06-

2019" shall be substituted.

2.

For the figures and punctuation "30-06-2019", wherever they occur the figures and punctuation "30-1 1-

2019" shall be substituted.
