of "Child belonging to weaker section" in the Chhattisgarh State namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification :-

After clause (c), the following shall be added namely -

(d)

'Orphan' as defined in the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) A ct,2015 Q.,lo. 2 of20l6)

shall be added in Child Belonging to weaker section. For admission of such orphan child, the name

included in the list issued by the committee of women and child development department Chhattisgarh,

shall be considered.
