No.311li-s/zou7afr.- Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission here by makes the following

Amendments in the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission Rules of Procedure-2014, Namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said rule-

7.

Sub rule 1,9.2 of rule 19 shall be deleted and following sub rule shall be substituted in place of it-

"19.2 Selection and waiting list published by the commission shall remain valid consequently for

the duration of one year and one and half year since the issue date. In extra ordinary

circumstances validity of waiting list shall be extended by commission for period of six months

but not more than two years in any circumstance. After one year of issuance of old selection list,

validity of waiting list will be ended on issue date of new selection list for the same post."

2.

New sub rule 19.6 shall be inserted after sub rule 19.5 in rule 19

"19.6 If after taking charge any candidate from candidates, mentioned in the main selection list,

resigns from any post or due to another appointment or due to death of the candidate post

remains vacant then that post shall not be considered vacant. If due to any reason no candidate

available or due to any reason found not eligible for appointment or not taken charge and post

remains vacant in validity period of the selection lis! only then posts may be full fill by

candidates of relevant category from waiting list"

3.

In first line of rule 56.8, word "original photo identity card" shall be deleted and in that place"

original photo identity card or e-Aadhar downloaded from website of U.I.D.A.l." shall be inserted.
