No.1107/2484122-1-2018"-The following further draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh Gram

Panchayat Obligatiory Taxes and Fees (Conditions and exceptions) Rules, 1996, which the State Government

proposes to make in exercise of the powers confered by sub-section (1) of Section 95 read with sub-section (l)

of Section 77 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 G.{o. I of 1994), is hereby, published ^as

required under sub-section (3) of section 95 of the said Adhiniyam for the information of all persons likely to be

affected thereby and notice is hereby given that be said draft sall be taken into consideration after the expiry of

fifteen days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

Any objections or suggestions regarding the said draft received fiom any person, before the specified

period during office hours by the office of the Deputy Secretary, Govemment of Chhattisgarh, Department of

Panchayat and Rural Development, Room No. S 0-30, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Atal Nagar, Raipur shall

be considered bv the Government of Chhattissarh.

In the said rules,-

In third Schedule, the entries relatining to serial number 2 shall be omitted.
