NOTIFICATION

No. F 4-97lSeven-l/2018. -

In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 258 read with

Section 172 of the Ch&nttisgmhlandRevenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, makes the

following further amendment in the Ctrhattisgarh Diversion ofland Rules, 1962, namely :-

AMENDI\,IENT

In the said rules,-

l.

Inrule2,tnclause(b),afterthe words "commercial purpose",for the punctuation semi colon ";", the

punctuation colon ":" shall be substituted.

2.

In rule 2, after clause (b), the following proviso shall be added, namely :-

*Provided that, in rural areas godown's for the agricultural purposes shall be exempted from

re-assessment for the diversion of land."
