NOTIFICATION
No.F 7-2612008/32.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 85 read with
sub-section (3) of Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Nagm Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973),
the State Government, hereby, makes the following frrther amendment in the Chhattisgarh Bhumi Vikas
Niyam., 1984, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (1) of Section 85 of the
said Adhiniyam, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,
In rule 94-A, in Appendix - O, in Para (l), for sub-para (A) and (C), the following shall be
substituted, namely:-
'(A) Minimum Area :- While calculating minimum area for Integrated Township, forest area, water
bodies, heritage area and environmentally sensitive area shall not be included. Minimum area for the
integrated township within the towns of the State shall be as follows :-
