sioner (Conditions of Service) Rules, 2002,narnely i

AMENDMENT

In the said rules,

1.

In rule 6, for sub-rule (1), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

Any person who is appointed as the State Election Commissioner may be granted leave by the Govemor in
