No. F l-17l2019/SD/42.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the
constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following Further amendment In the
Chhattisgarh Industrial Training (Class-IV ) service Recruitment Rule 2005, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules :-
1.
In Rule 6, in sub rule (l), for clause (a) the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(a) by Written/Skill Test for Technical Post and selection on the basis of Merit for Non-Technical
Post, any other selection process for direct recruitment shall be as prescribed by the State
Government in this behalf."
2.
In Rule 11, for sub-rule (3), the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(3) The Promotion shall be made in accordance with the Chhattisgarh Public Services (promotion)
Rules 2003. "
3.
For schedule-I, II, III and IV, the following shall be substituted namely :-
