NOTIFICATION

No. F 7-2812010/32.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (l) of Section 85 read with

sub-section (3) 0f Section 24 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973),

the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram

Nivesh Niyam., 1975, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (l) of Section 85

of the said Adhiniyam, namely :-

In the said rules,-

In rule 16 (a), in table appended thereto, in serial number 2, for the symbol and words"

Commercial / Industrial", the word " Commercial" shall be substituted.

In rule 16 (a), in table appended thereto, after serial number 2 and entries relating thereto, the
