Drugs Administration Chhattisgarh to Shri ^{Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS till furlher order by Order No. E-1-10120091}

One-2,dated l5-03-20lgofGovernmentofChhattisgarh,GeneralAdministrationDeparlment.

Whereas, the State of Government on ^{behalf of the Commissioner, Food Safety, in exercise of the powers}

confered under sub-section ⁽³⁾ ofSection ³⁰ ofthe ^{Food Safety and StandardAct, 2006 (No. 34 of2006), hereby,}

delegates the powers of Commissioner, ^{Food Safety, Chlattisgarh to Shri Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS, Controller, Food}

and Drugs Administration, Chhattisgarh, till ^{further order, for carrying out the function and performing the duties of}

Commissioner, Food Safety, except the ^{power to appoint Designated Officer, Food Safety Otficer and Food Analyst}

under sub- section ⁽²⁾ ofSection 30 oftheAct, ^{monthly report ofthe works done under sub-section (2) ofSection 30 of}

the said Act shall be compulsorily submitted to ^{the Commissioner, Food Safety by Satya Narayan Rathore, IAS,}

Controller, Food and Drugs Administration.
