NOTIFICATION

No. F-4-195/Home-c/2011. -

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the

Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam, 2005 Q.{o. 14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the

notification of this Department No. F-4- 1 95/Hom e-c12011 , dated 05 June, 20 1 8 and declares Peop les Liberation Front of

India (P.L.F.I.) and Tritiya Prastuti Committee (T.P.C.) Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a fuither Period of one

year.

This Notification will remain in Force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 05 June, 2019.
