NOTIFICATION

No. F 10-4/2019/16. - The following further draft amendment in the Chhattisgarh Industrial

Employment (Standing Orders) Rules 1963, which the State Government, proposes to make in exercise of the

powers conferred by sub-section (l) and (2) of Section 2l of the Chhattisgarh Industrial Employment (Standing

Orders) Act, 196l (No. 26 of 196l), is hereby, published as required under sub-section (3) of Section 2l of the

said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said

draft shall be taken into consideration after expiry of thirty days from the date of publication of this notification

in the Official Gazelte;

Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified

period during office hours, by Office of the Labour Commissioner, Offrce of the Labour Commissioner,

Government of Chhattisgarh, Indravati Bhawan, Nawa Raipur, Atal Nagar, District Raipur, shall be considered

by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

DRAFT AMENDMENT

In the said rules,-

1.

In part II, in the Annexure, in serial number 14-A (l), for the word and figure "58 years" wherever they

occur, the word and figure "60 years" shall be substituted.

2.

In part II, in the Annexure, in serial number l4-A (l), for the word and figure "60 years", the word and

figure "62 years" shall be subsituted.

3.

In part I[, in the Annexure, in serial number tr4-A, in first proviso, for the word and figure "58 years",

the word and figure "60 years" shall be substituted.
