No. F 5-02lVllUTrans.l20l9.- Whereas, the State Government is of the opinion that it would be

expedient to exempt the motor vehicle owned by the Gurudwara Shri Gurusingh Sabha, Dhamtari Tata Mega

XL, vehicle having Chassis No. MAT53505IJYP31774 and Engine No.-08PRYSK8610 from payment of motor

vehicle tax in public interest.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 of the Chhattisgarh Motoryan

Karadhan Adhiniyam, l99l (No. 25 of l99l) the State Govemment, hereby, exempts the motor vehicle owned

by the Gurudwara Shri Gurusingh Sabha, Dhamtari, Tata Mega XL, vehicle having Chassis No.

MAT535051f,YP31774, and Engine No. 08PRYSK86I0 from the payment of motor vehicle tax leviable under

Section 3 ofthe said Adhiniyam, with effect from the date of issuance of this notification.
