NOTTFICATION

No. F L0-27 /2019/C.T.(R) /V(66).- In exercise of the powers confered by Section 75 read with

Section 47-Aof the Indian Stamp Act, 1899(No.2 of 1899), the State Government, hereby, ^makes the

following amendment in the Chhattisgarh Preparation and Revision of Market Value Guidelines

Rules,2000, namely:-

In the said rules, ^-

AMENDMENT

After rule 12, the following shall be inserted, namely:-

"12-A. Directions to Central Valuation Board sr District Valuation Committee .- The

State Government may direct Central Valuation Board or District Valuation

Csrnrnittee to implement specified polky decision regarding market value

guidelines."
