No.25/2019-State Tax

No. F-10- 26/2019/CTN(64).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Chhauisgarh

Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council,

and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment

in the notification of the State Govenrment, in the Commercial Tax Departrnent, Notification No. 2212019-State

Tax, No. F-10-l9l20l9lCTN(47), dated the 23rd Apil,2019, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of

Chhattisgarh, No. 131, dated the 24th Apnl,20l9, namely:-

ln the said notification, for the figures, letters and words "2lst day ofJune, 2019" the figures, letters

and words "2lst day of August, 2019" shall be substituted.

This amendment shall deemed to have come into force with effect from 2lst June, 2019.
