The following draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Nirvachan

Niyam, 1995, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ^{( I} ) of

Section 95 read with Section 43 ofthe Chhauisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 ^(No. I of 1994), is hereby, ^published

as required by sub-section (3) of$ection 95 ofthe said Act, for the information ofall persons likely to be affected thereby

and notice is hereby given that the said draft shall be taken into consideration after the expiry offifteen days ^{from the}

date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person, before the specified ^period

during office hours by the office of the Deputy Secretary Department of Panchayat and Rural Development,

Government ofChhattisgarh, Room No. S-l-17, Mahanadi Bhawan, Mantralaya,AtalNagar, Raipur, shall be considered

by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

DRAFTAMENDMENT

ln the said rules,-

Inrule2to90, for the words"listof voters" wherever they occur the words"Electoral Roll " shall be

substituted.
