No. F 03-4212019/CT(R)A/(73). - In exercise of the. powers conferred by Section

78 of the Registration Act, 1908 (No. XVI of 1908), the State Government,

hereby, makes the follo*i.rg further amendment in this Department,s

Notification No. 818-63s-vsR, dated 24 Febru au.y, l9z5 published under

Section 79 of the said Act, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification,-

1. In Table of registration fees, after serial number 58, the following shall

be substituted, namely:-

"59- Exempts the prevailing rate (four percent of the Guideline

value of the property) of Registration fee by two percent, on

instruments of Sale of residential houses and flats, where the

Market Value of such property is less than or equal to rupees

75 lakh."

2' This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in

Official Gazrtte upto 3 l st March, 2O2O.
