In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Section 20 B ofthe Specific Relief

(Amendment) Act, 201 8, the State Government, with concurrence of the Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh,

hereby, designates the Court of District Judge in HJS Level and the Court of Civil Judge Class-l (CJM) in LJS Level

established in each District hedquarter of respective Civil District for their territorial Jurisdiction, as Special Court to try

a suit under the Specific ReliefAct, 1963 (47 of 1963) and Specific Relief(Amendment)Act, 2018, in respect of contracts

relating to infrastructure projects.
