Their Head Quarter shall be at New Delhi. They may be directed by the State Government to represent the State

in other courts of India from time to time.

Both parties shall be at liberty to terminate the contract at any time.

Their fee and condition of service shall be govemed by the provisions of Law Department Manual and

directions/order issued flom time to time by the Govemment of Chhattisgarh.
