NOTIFICATION

No. F l0-412 019/16.- In Exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (l) and (2) of Section 2l of

the Chhattisgarh Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, l96l (No.26 of l96l), the State Government,

hereby, makes the following futher amendment in the chhauisgarh Industrial Empoyent (Standing Orders) Rules

1963, the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (3) of Section 2l of the said Act,

namely:-

AMENDMENT

ln the said rules,-

l.

In part II, in the Annexure, in serial number l4-A (l), for the word and figure "58 years" wherever they

occur, the word and figure "60 years" shall be substituted.

2.

In part II, in the Annexure, in serial number l4-A ⁽ I ), for the word and figure "60 years", the word and

figwe "62 years" shall be substituted.

3.

In part II, in the Annexure, in serial number 14-A, in first proviso, for the word and figure "58 years",

the word and figure "60 years" shall be substituted.
