NOTIFICATION

F. No. 8095/1887/P. S. LawlC.Gl2019.-The State Government, hereby, makes the following further amend-

ment in the LDM with immediate effect, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the chapter I of the said manual,-

l.

In sub-clause (l) of clause 19, the words "after giving him one month's notice" shall be omitted.

2.

In clause 19, for sub-clause (2), the following shall be substituted, namely :-

"(2) A Public Prosecutor or an Additional Public Prosecutor may resign after giving one month notice :

Provided that, Government may waive such notice in appropriate cases."
