Planning Area has been published in accordance with the ^provision of sub-section ⁽ I ) of Section ^{I 8 of the Chhauisgarh}

Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) a copy thereof is available for inspection ^{at the office of}

Collector-Mahasamund, Chief Municipal Offrcer, Municipal Council Bagbahara and Assistant ^{Director, Town &}

Country Planning, Regional Offrce Mahasamund during office hours. An exhibition is also organizeddated22-08-2O19'

at 12:00 O'clock at Meeting Hall ofJanpad Panchayat Office, Bagbahara.
