the identigy of the elector can be established by the EPtc. If an elector produces an Electors

Photo Identiry Carct, which has been issued !y the Electoral Registration Officer of another

r\ssembly constituency, such EPICs strati 6115s be acceptetl for identificalion provirled the

name of that elector finds place in the electoral roll perraining to the potiing u*rion yvhere the

etector has turned up for voling. If it is not possible to establish the idenfity qlthe e1:cror on

e0courlt of rnismatch of photograph, etc. the elector shall have to produce one of the
