NOTIFICATION

No. F I t-04t20t9lSevan4. - ^{In pursuance of the provisions contained in the proviso to sub-}

section (2) o.f Section 13 of the ChhattisgarhLand Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959),

notice is hereby given that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ⁽²⁾ of Section

13 of the said Act, the State Government proposes to alter the limits of district Bilaspur to

create a new district "Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi" and to define the limits thereof as specified

in the Schedule below.

The proposal shall be taken into consideration on the expiry of sixty days

from the date of publication of this notice in the ^{"Chhattisgarh} Gazette" and any objections

or suggestions in respect thereof may be forwarded, in writing to the Secretary, Government

of Chhattisgarh, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Room No. S 2-3,

Mantralaya, Mahanad.i Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, Distt. Raipur, before the expiry of

the said period.
